Breast/chest feeding may be natural, but that doesn’t mean its easy. Breast/chest feeding is a journey that you and your baby both learn and discover together. No matter what your feeding relationship, with a little help and support, you can achieve any of your goals.

"I struggled with breastfeeding my children and was told it comes naturally. After a few days of struggling I wanted to give in. I had flat/inverted nipples, thrush, raynaud’s, and cracked bleeding nipples due to a poor latch." - Candice
